Stimag has been supplying scales and weighing solutions for horticulture for decades.
Because of the in-house producing, it is possible to build and maintain customer-oriented weighing systems, for example

Harvest weighing
When harvesting in horticulture a few things are important. The costprice is under pressure and the work is labor
intensive. Besides it is hard to find sufficient manpower at the right time.
Because it is a natural product, the quality also depends on the method of treatment and packaging. All reasons to make
the harvest weighing as simple, fast and reliable as possible.

Robust
The Stimag Harvest Trolley weighing system is first and foremost a robust scale. The four stainless steel lad cells, each
capable of measuring until 500 kg, are fully integrated into the frame, thus preventing damage to the cabling. Partly due to
the high overload factor of 150% per load cell, the chance of failures is very small.

Custom-made
The model is always custom-made for the harvest trolley that you use and is also optional available with folding ramps.
The scale is available in any desired RAL color. Due to the reduction in the pipe, the harvest trolley always positions itself in the correct position and no longer rolls on.

Connectivity
The included Rinstrum R320 indicator communicates via a standard RS232 port common used by import terminals from
Nitea, Procc, Hoogendoorn and Hortimax.

Advantages
The mentioned properties ensure a scale that saves time, is working ARBOfriendly and provides insight into the size and quality of the harvest. The scale can be moved by the mounted wheels and folding drawbar, which makes it easy to
move the frame.
