La scarcella pugliese dolce tipico di Pasqua di un tempo tipico del sud Italia.
Ingredienti:
500 g di farina 00
100 g di zucchero
100 g di olio d'oliva
2 uova medie
30 ml di latte tiepido
mezza bustina di ammoniaca per dolci
1 bustina di lievito per dolci
1 pizzico di sale
Buccia di arancia o limone bio grattugiata (facoltativo)
3 uova sode e codette colorate per la decorazione
1 uovo sbattuto per spennellare il biscotto

Ingrediants:
500 g of flour 00
100 g of sugar
100 g of olive oil
2 medium eggs
30 ml of warm milk
half a sachet of ammonia for sweets
1 sachet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Grated organic orange or lemon peel (optional)
3 hard-boiled eggs and colored sprinkles for decoration
1 beaten egg to brush the biscuit
