The Great (Hulu) Inspired 18th Century Robe: Part 2

Hello I’m Sophie. Welcome to the beginning of my sewing journey, come along with me through all the mistakes and seam ripping! And hopefully feel some solidarity that there are others bumbling their way through this hobby.

This video is the second part in making a robe/banyan inspired by The Great on Hulu. Many in the costuming community are making banyans or other historical pajamas recently so make sure to check them out as well. In this video I loosely Frankenstein together a couple of patterns and some of my own drafting to try and recreate the robe on screen. This video isn't really what I would call a "How To" because I have no idea what I'm doing most of the time, maybe more of a moral support video to those like me.

Disclaimer I am very much an amateur seamstress and make many mistakes.
