I LOVE my Cover FX Custom Enhancer Drops, but they are just so DARN expensive! So when I found this liquid highlighter by Essence for FOUR DOLLARS, I was praying to the gods of illuminator that I’d found a dupe. In this video I swatch them both on my hand, apply them to my face and then top them off with powder to see how they perform against each other. Watch to find out who wins!
