New for Six Flags Great Adventure's 50th anniversary the Joker animatronic has received a brand new skin! The animatronics hair has also been neatly combed back the way it was originally. The skin was sent to the park from the rides manufacturer, Sally Dark Rides, and it was installed by someone at the park. This was definitely much needed as the skin, prior to it being replaced, was looking rough. I really wonder why that is since the other 6 Six Flags Joker animatronics skins didn't deteriorate the way ours did. Evidently, there is one person who works at the park who is responsible for all the thematic changes and upgrades throughout the ride. I don't know if they're a maintenance worker or what but all I know is they're awesome and doing a fantastic job! Six Flags Great Adventure truly is the flagship park of the chain and this, to me at least, solidifies that fact. Recorded on 3/17/2024.
