Is it wrong to paint an antique? Or is restoration the real crime when a piece is this far gone?
This vintage dresser and mirror came to me battered, chipped, and barely hanging on—missing hardware, a failing finish, and more than a few scars from the past. The big question? Should I bring it back with bold paint… or strip it down and restore its original charm?
