Bosch was a close friend of the painter Édouard Manet and posed for him many times, including a portrait used as an illustration for one of Bosch's publications, Plainte Moresque op. 85, which is also dedicated to Manet.
He had a large number of students, including the brothers Alfred and Jules Cottin.

A slide of dim7 follows, from semitone to semitone.
[Bar 1] Apart from the B7 chord, the note E (4th string, 2nd fret) always remains fixed (finger 2).
[Bar 20] The slide passage increases in the fingers (1, 4) but is descending.
[Bars 32-33] It is advisable to move finger 1 onto the note E (4th string, 2nd fret), so that the slide towards the 7th fret is easier (same finger).
[Bar 54] The mini barre 3 occurs only after
he has played the A note (1st string, 5th fret), with the 3rd finger lowered.
[Bar 65] A rare opportunity for a slide starting from an open string. Finger 1 slides up the 2nd string to the 4th fret and then moves to the 5th fret, where the right hand takes over.
