Quick & Healthy Vegetable Pulao | Perfect Lunchbox Recipe for Kids & Office! 🍱🌱
In this video, I’ll show you how to make a non-sticky, flavorful Pulao in under 10 minutes using simple pantry ingredients. No complicated masalas—just pure, homemade goodness!
Ingredients You’ll Need:
✓1 cup Rice (soaked for 20 mins)
✓ShahJeera 1tspn
✓Green Chilli 2 nos
✓Mixed Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Beans, Potato, Cauliflower)
✓Whole Spices (Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves, Bay Leaf)
✓Ghee or Oil
✓Salt to taste & a squeeze of Lemon
Cooking Instructions-
Add Ghee- 2 tspn
Add wholespices and saute it for 2 mins
Add Shahjeera and saute it until the aroma comes out
Add Onions & Green chilly and cook until onion becomes golden brown
Add all chopped vegetables and cook for 5-8mins in high flame.. Stir in every 30 secs so that the vegetables will not burn
Add Soaked rice and put 1.5cups of water and let it come to boil
Add lemon Juice
cover the cooker and let the give whistle once in high flame and once in low flame
Switch off the flame let the cooker rest for 10mins
