In this SolidWorks Tutorial we will describe how to build the model of ‘Front Carrier L’. ‘Front Hub Carrier R’ has also been created by using ‘Mirror Part’ command. It is a part modeling tutorial, it will cover the following topics.

• Creating 2D Sketches on different Planes of the model.
• Use the sketch constraints with help of Add Relation tool that are applied on during sketch creation.
• Use feature commands such as Revolve Boss/Base, Revolved Cut, Extruded Boss/Base, Extruded Cut, Rib, Face Draft, Chamfer, Hole Wizard, Cosmetic thread and Fillet tool.
• Adds the angle to the Revolved Cut feature to revolve the profile through the specified angle.
• Adds the Tapped hole on the model with cosmetic thread by using Hole Wizard command.
