Інтелектуальний будинок - це не матеріальний об'єкт.
Це інтелектуальна біосфера. Це функція постановки життєвого простору та його властивостей, на службу здоров'ю та інтелекту людини.
Людина може гармонійно розвиватися тільки в середовищі, яке вона здатна одухотворити та наповнити собою. Людина не може розвиватися духовно та естетично, коли вона почувається всередині машини. Стан натхненності - виникає тільки в емпатичному стосовно людини середовищі. А для цього система будинку має бути інтелектуальною.

And for this reason, the system of the home should be intelligent.
