Thanks to Universal's AI sensor software "brain" for robots, this inexpensive pallet sorting cell can handle all pallet types in nearly all conditions, including broken boards, debris, and slip sheets. It sorts 400 pallets an hour, building uniform, homogenous stacks from random inbound stacks. This system is configured to handle stacks of up to 17 pallets. Universal also can supply a robust pallet quality inspection module, leveraging AI and data analytics.
