Alison Hammond is on a mission to make Christmas wishes come true. This week she meets 11-year-old Connie, who has Down Syndrome, and also suffered from severe spinal damage which required surgery. Connie’s dream is to become a real life Disney Princess, so Alison is using a bit of Hammond magic to make that wish come true.
