In Business Human Design, Projectors are called Guides. There are 3 different kinds of Guides (Projectors):

1. Classic Guides
2. Energy Guides
3. Mental Guides

In this video, we'll explore all three types of Guides/Projectors and how they're each uniquely designed to Guide in business and life. Whether you are a Guide yourself or work with / know Guides in your life, this video will support you in working with other Leadership Human Design Types to collaborate and co-create impact, profit, and innovation with much more ease.

The bodies of Guides/Projectors are uniquely designed to "take in" their environments, experiencing what is ineffective and what is effective, without bias, such that they can Guide the more effective use of energy for individuals and teams.

What a gift! And while, depending on the unique configuration, Projectors / Guides may also have energy to "produce" a lot of work through effort, that isn't their primary role. If you are a Guide/Projector, it's important to notice where you're filling up your time and space with never-ending task lists and to create some space to receive invitations to share your guidance.

And if you work with Guides / Projectors, it's important that you invite them to share what they're seeing and noticing, as their unique energetic makeup allows them to naturally see what's working and isn't working before anyone else. But they need to be invited to share it for it to be effective. That means you practicing letting go of attachment to how you're currently doing things and being open to guidance and change.
