I already knew the correct calibration number for my camera body and lens before I shot the video. You will figure out the correct number through trial and error. This will take a while to figure out the number the first time.
A quick and rough tutorial on how I use live view to calibrate lenses. This is not the only way and perhaps not the best way, but it works for me.
