Dry Chilli Chicken is a very popular chinese starter recipe as well as side dish recipe.
Ingredients of Dry Chilli Chicken Recipe:
1) Chicken 500 gm (cut into small pieces).
2) Sliced Onion (two medium size).
3) Chopped Ginger & Garlic (6 pods of garlic & ½ inch cube pcs of ginger).
4) Ginger Garlic paste 3 tsp.
5) Tomato sauce.
6) Vinegar.
7) Black soya sauce.
8) Red chilli sauce.
9) Green chilli sauce.
10) Black Pepper Powder.
11) Salt.
12) Sugar.
13) Refined Oil.
14) Slitted green Chilli 10 to 12 pcs.
15) Bell paper or capsicum (1cup cut into medium size).
16) Corn flour.
17) Egg 1 PC.
18) Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
19) Red chilli powder.
Method of How To Cook Dry Chilli Chicken:
1: Take chicken pcs in a bowl . Add 3 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp black paper powder, 1tsp red chilli powder & marinate the chicken.
2: Keep the marination for 30 min.
3: Add 3 tbsp corn flour, 1 pc egg, ½ tsp salt in marinated chicken and mixed it well for deep fry.
4: Heat the oil and deep fry the chicken pcs till golden brown.
5: Take 3 tbsp oil in hot pan. Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic and fry for 30 sec.
6: Add sliced onion and fry for 1 min.
7: Add bell paper, half amount of slitted green chilli, 1 tsp salt.
8: Add all the sauces like 1 tbsp black soya sauce, green chilli sause 1 tsp, red chilli sauce 1tsp, tomato ketchup 2 tbsp and cook for 1 min in low flame.
9: Add 1 tsp sugar and all fried chicken pcs and cook for 2 min.
10: Check the salt and sugar level and add more as per your test.
11: Add extra 1 tbsp black soya sauce for dark color.
12: Add ½ tsp red chilli powder. Also add rest slitted green chilli and black pepper powder.
13: Finally add 1 tbsp vinegar and cook for 1 minute in medium flame.
Now ready your Dry Chilli Chicken. Serve hot as starter or serve it with Fried Rice or Rumali Roti, Paratha, Hakka Noodles.
