If you are interested in designing and selling UI themes for Samsung mobile devices, you must first pass a design evaluation. *NOTE: The requirement for submitting a Themes portfolio has changed since this video was posted. 3 complete UI designs are now required, not 1. To simplify the process, a single PDF file containing all designs must be submitted. ZIP files containing JPGs are no longer accepted.
