The sleeve on the VOGUE 2000 DVF wrap dress is quite long and wide. You'll likely want to make it shorter to have more of a slimline fit. If you do this you'll also need to alter the pattern pieces for the cuff and sleeve facing. In this video I show step by step how to alter the cuff and sleeve facing.
