This soup is incredibly sticky in this cold season😋👌🏻
Ingredients:
Onion: 1 medium piece
Cooked chickpeas: 1/2 cup
Rice: 1/2 cup
Bulghur: 1/2 cup
Garlic soup: 2/3 cup
Tomatoes: 1/2 kilo
Vegetable soup: (cilantro, parsley) 200 grams
Dried mint: 2 tbsp
Tomato paste: 2 tbsp
Cooked chicken broth: 1 empty bowl
Turmeric, black pepper, salt as needed
Water as needed
Frying oil as needed
♦️After adding all the soup ingredients, reduce the flame of the stove and give the tomato soup 30 minutes to cook and set. You should stir the soup during this time so that it does not stick to the bottom and finally add the cucumber juice and stir.
To decorate, make hot onion and hot mint sauce and enjoy
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 40 minutes
Total cooking time: 50 minutes
