City Kharkiv - While the spread of COVID-19 is picking up at a great speed in Europe, the outbreak in Ukraine seems to be under control.
The Ukrainian government started its quarantine at the initial stages, since March 12th. All commercial & educational sectors were closed.

Kharkiv, being the capital city of international students, immediately took action by adopting the measures to ensure safety.
All students were notified to be in their hostels during the quarantine.

Precautionary Operational Protocols were made in the hostel premises like:
*deep-cleaning measures,
*daily temperature checkup,
*time schedule for exit and entry
*hygiene & sanitization
*doorstep services
*mask, sanitizer & medical supply.

Hostels are frequently checked by Kharkiv Health Campaigners & University Officials.
