In this video, I explain the real truth behind the Saraswati Power share controversy involving Y.S. Jagan, Vijayamma, and Sharmila.
The case before the NCLT showed that "YS Jagan was actually the victim" of an improper and illegal share transfer entry made by the company.
The facts revealed in the Tribunal were straightforward:
No share transfer forms were ever executed,
No original share certificates were produced, and
The company recorded a transfer entry after an unexplained delay of nearly 3 years.
Under "Section 56 of the Companies Act," a share transfer must be completed within 60 days. Recording it years later without documents, signatures, or evidence makes the entry completely invalid.
The NCLT accepted Jagan’s argument that corporate law cannot be ignored or manipulated, regardless of personal narratives or family dynamics.
This judgment clearly establishes that "Jagan complied with the law," and the unlawful actions of the company along with the conduct of Vijayamma and Sharmila placed him in a position where he became the "Victim of an illegal and belated share transfer entry."
