Who will win?
About:
Blue shooting rate: 1 shot per 4 ticks
Heal rate: 0.2 hp per tick
Damage rate: 7 hp per tick (on both blue and red)
Movement speed: 3 pixels per tick (blue), 1 pixel per tick (red)
Once red damages blue, blue will continue taking damage for 60 ticks at a rate of 0.6 hp per tick.
