Happy Holidays everyone! Wanted to share a quick explainer video on our new 2024 P+ 63-6 and 63-7 Slow Pitch Jigging rods.

These are brand new models of rods (and blanks) developed specifically for deep dropping in the 400g to 1000g + range of jigs. The rods are light yet powerful with handles and reel seats selected specifically for the reels and weights of jigs/rigs you will be dropping for Grouper, Golden Tile, Queen Snapper, Daytime Swordfish as well as tuna fish. You will find it easier to lift the jig and will absolutely experience more savage strikes as our rods are known to "pitch the jig" just so that it triggers violet reaction strikes - regardless if the fish is hungry or not.

Early adopters are reporting the rods are easy to fish effectively at depths of 600 feet to 1200 feet and just recently Shane Johnson of Texas caught a Queen Snapper less than 1 pound off the State Record on our 63-7 rod in 800 + feet of water.

The new 2024 P+ rods sport a new 60mm fore grip that is 50% bigger than past years to allow for more heft and control of the heavy jigs as well as protruding well past the front of most electric reels - to allow you to apply maximum pressure and get that tasty critter "over the rail and into the pail".
