There are no ramps in the beat frequency, it's just a straight 7.83Hz beat all the way through the whole hour track.

To give the tone of the beats some variety, the pitch frequency of the beat ramps slowly upwards from 180Hz up to 200Hz over the first 5 minutes, then it returns back down to 180Hz over the next 5 minutes. This cycle is then repeated until the end of the track.

How to use this?

Listening to Alpha frequencies can be very relaxing, so this session would be great for meditation or relaxation, calming etc. It could also be used as background study aid music, as Alpha frequencies have been shown to improve memory. Listening to the tones on their own like this produces the strongest method of audio brainwave entrainment. If you prefer, you could also try combining this with other music in the background, with the tones slightly above the volume of the music.

If meditating or relaxing to it, find a comfortable place to sit or lie down. You can then either close your eyes, relax and listen to it that way, or just stare at the flower animation and gradually let your mind drift off.
