INGREDIENTS:
600 grams beef
4 dry bay leaves
3 garlic gloves, chopped
4 cups vegetable oil, approx.
4 russet potatoes, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
1 cup white wine
6 green olives
6 black olives
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced
pinch of salt and pepper
