1 pack rice paper wrap, Three Ladies brand
rice vermicelli cooked
How To Cook Meat & Shrimp:
1.5 pounds pork belly
1 large pound shrimp
4 sliced ginger
1 Tbsp salt
10 cups water
Dipping Sauce:
1 cup hoisin sauce
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 can 14oz coconut milk
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
crushed peanut
chili paste
