I visited a part of New York where over 60,000 people share ancient traditions from Bukhara - a city in Uzbekistan which was once an emirate of its own.
They have incredibly delicious food and friendly people - I wouldn't have discovered any of it without your help in the comment section of a video I posted 2 years ago.
I was also surprised to meet a man named Aron Aronov, an Uzbeki Jew himself who dedicated his life to his community, traditions, and the preserving of Bukharian culture.
