This training video looks at the Volvo B6 transmission system including the ZF S6-36 manual gearbox, Borg & Beck Clutch, ZF Ecomat 4HP-500 automatic gearbox and the rear axle.
This video features J704 BRM, a prototype Volvo B6R manufactured by Volvo subsidiary Steyr Bus GmbH in Vienna, Austria before B6 production moved to Irvine in Scotland. Bodied by Alexander, this bus was delivered new to Stagecoach Cumberland in 1992.
