Epic Horse Safari Adventure

This is it—the final episode of my Africa adventure, and what a way to end! The second half of our time in Botswana took us even deeper into the wild, with some of the most breathtaking and profound experiences of the trip. We stayed at Tree Camp, a stunning wooden structure nestled high in the trees, giving us panoramic views for miles. But the adventure didn’t stop there—our next stop was an open-air camp, where we slept beneath the stars with nothing but a traditional African wooden fence separating us from the wildlife. It was pure, raw, immersive Africa at its finest.

Of course, there was plenty more incredible riding, with endless gallops across the vast landscapes, close encounters with wildlife, and just when we thought the trip couldn’t get any better—we caught a glimpse of some big cats right at the end, making the whole experience even more special.

A huge thank you to Horizon Horseback for hosting us on this incredible journey. Their knowledge, hospitality, and passion for horseback safaris made this an unforgettable trip, and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for a true African adventure on horseback.
