March Real Estate Market Update-Denver and the Front Range

March 22' is here. With the real estate market heating up already our market is the talk of the town (pretty much across the country). Bidding wars, appraisal gaps, inspection waivers are all being tossed around like a nerf football. This is a very confusing time in the world. The interest rates and the global economy are volatile. Interest rates have reached yearly highs and then come back down and then bounced up. The honest truth is weekend to weekend it is important that buyers are communicating with their lenders and realtors to really know what to expect. The market is difficult but buyers must continue to compete, or the affordability factor will continue to get further and further out of reach.
