2026 Honda Passport Trailsport // Rugged, Roomy Family Crossover // Full Review

The Honda Passport is all new for 2026, with a fresh design and fresh features. And the Passport Trailsport is the most capable Honda yet. In an age of turbocharged four-cylinders, Honda has stuck with a naturally-aspirated V6 that makes 285-hp (+5 over last year) and 262 lb-ft of torque at the crank. A new 10-speed automatic transmission replaces the outgoing 9-speed, with a lower first and wider gear ratios for better shove off the line and better acceleration in general. The new torque-vectoring all-wheel-drive system can send up to 70% of the torque to the rear wheels and up to 100% of that torque to either side. Skid plates, orange recovery hooks, specially designed all-terrain tires, and off-road suspension round out the ruggedness, while massive cargo capacity, rear legroom, and a new interior design round out the interior.
