Sunny afternoon walk - 15 January 2026 - Arc de Triomphe to Jardins du Luxembourg - POV by a local

Recorded on 15 January 2026 between 3 and 5pm.
It was a cloudy/sunny and quite windy day !

I took the metro to Charles de Gaulle Étoile (that's the stop), to start my walk looking at the beautiful Arc de Triomphe. Place de l'Étoile is huge so I had to walk around to finally find Avenue d'Iéna where I started walking towards the Eiffel Tower. I crossed Pont d'Iéna (the bridge) which is right in front of the tower and kept walking on Champ de Mars towards Les Invalides.
I followed on rue de Babyblone, quite busy at this time of day with kids and students coming out of school, I passed the big store Le Bon Marché and then arrived in front of Jardins du Luxembourg around 4:45pm and couldn't go in because the parc was closing so this will be a walk for another day ☺️

I filmed for the first time the whole walk with the Insta 360 Go Ultra, and had trouble with the sound because it was so windy, so I'm really sorry the sound is not that great and I'll see what I can improve for next time 🙁 Also my cap is showing sometimes, I promise I'm gonna learn how to use this camera 😅
