This class is a full 90-minute Bikram/Original Hot Yoga sequence delivered with only the language from the updated 2012 Dialogue—no fillers, no coaching add-ons, and no video. It’s designed for teacher trainees studying the Dialogue and for practitioners who prefer to practice with the Dialogue spoken exactly as it is written.

Final Note: This recording was created with full faith in being as precise as possible to the 2012 Dialogue. That said, there may be a few slip-ups here and there—maybe a “the” swapped for a “your,” or a skipped word along the way. Instead of treating these as mistakes, let’s make it a game! If you notice one, share it in the comments.
We’re all here to work with this Dialogue—whether to teach it, practice it, or dive into its deeper meaning. Thanks for choosing to “play” with us rather than criticize. Your openness and support help keep this work alive and meaningful.
Happy practicing, everyone.
