Dough:
6 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
5 sticks cold salted butter (cubed)
½ tsp salt if not using salted butter
4 eggs for mixing in dough
2 Tablespoons cold milk
1 egg (for egg wash)
Filling:
3 lb ground beef
1 medium potatoes (diced small)
2 medium carrot (diced small)
2 seasoning cube
1 tsp thyme
1 ½ tsp white pepper
salt to taste
Thickening agent 👇🏾

9–12 tablespoons (½–¾ cup) cold water

4 ½–6 tbsp cold water (about ¼–⅓ cup)
Quarter Recipe (¼ Batch)
Dough:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ tbsp (¾ tsp) baking powder
1 ¼ sticks cold salted butter (cubed)
Pinch of salt (if not using salted butter)
1 egg (for mixing in dough)
½ tbsp (1 ½ tsp) cold milk
1 egg (for egg wash — you may not need all)
Filling:
¾ lb ground beef (12 oz)
¼–⅓ medium potato (a few small diced cubes)
½ medium carrot (or 1 small, diced)
½ seasoning cube
¼ tsp thyme
⅜ tsp (a little less than ½ tsp) white pepper
Salt to taste
Thickening Agent:
1 ½ tbsp all-purpose flour
2 ¼–3 tbsp cold water
