After 23 years of finishing Hotel Management from IHM mumbai, (don't know what I was thinking jumping from MicroBio n Bio Chem Labs to Kitchen Labs 🙄) it was fun getting back to the kitchen ! I'm not a foodie so have little interest in cooking or eating ! I truly eat to 'survive' not even to live n living in mumbai it's easy to manage food with least investment of time n money thanks to dabbawallas n home cooked meal delivery services from some amazing maharashtrian cooks I know! But extraordinary times like this self imposed Quarantine in times of Corona, force us to use our extra ordinary talents! So here I am sharing with all the bachelors, single men who live alone ( actually why be gender biased , so glee ladies too) n hostellites this yummy recipe that you can make n treat yourself at home ! It's no rocket science to make hakka/Maggi noodles but there is a science to make this dish into a heart pleasing soul satisfying dish ! Hope it helps!
