This practice focuses on forward bending combined with gentle twisting, done slowly and with awareness to support the spine rather than force it.
Instead of collapsing into depth, we work on lengthening the spine first, then adding rotation in a controlled and mindful way. The twists come from the upper and mid-spine, allowing the lower back to stay safe and supported.
