1/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoons salt
1 and 1/2 cup water (room temperature)
we need some flour for dusting over Surface, as well.
First reasting: cover the dough with tea towel. leave it in warm place in the kitchen. let the dough rest overnight or 24 hours.
secound reasting: After we round up the dough, we cover it with kitchen towel and let it rest for about 40 minutes(or until 2 hours). I did just 40 minutes.
while you warming up your oven put your casting iron pan in oven to get hot as well.
Preheat the oven to 450 F. bake the bread for 1 hour (within this 1 hour: half an hour with the lid on a second half an hour without the lead so your bread rise.)
