This is my three year long journey going through infertility and IVF: the good, the bad, the crazy and the really freaking dark.

It took me years to find the strength to do this vlog and I'm still terrified posting it, but I wanted to share all of the highs and lows of this journey - the biggest piece of my mental health story to date. It was never easy, but I am so incredibly happy to say I am pregnant!

Thank you for being so patient with me in my uploading schedule. This took a lot of time and I needed space to focus on it. I knew it would be difficult to film and edit this because I knew that I needed to be in a better place to go back to some of these memories.

I know so many of you have reached out asking so many questions because you are going through a similar situation and are frustrated or feel alone. You are not alone. So many of us go through infertility, IVF, pregnancy loss and all the emotions that go with them. Yet it’s not something most people talk about. I hope my story give you some encouragement and hope.
