This is a modeling estimate, likely an upper limit, and importantly, it shouldn't stop us from getting a medically necessary scan for that intracranial bleed today. The critical takeaway: be mindful, ensure medical necessity, explore alternatives (US/MRI) when appropriate, and advocate for optimized protocols.
