The Fields of Athenry by Pete St John. An Irish folk ballad about the Great Irish Famine of 1845-50. A man called Michael is sent to Botany Bay in Australia after stealing some corn in order to feed his hungry children.
Arranged and played by me Sam Muir.
Played on a 5 string tenor ukulele made by DJ Morgan.
