If a machine sits for an extended period of time with chemistry left in the lines, it can gum up in the injector's check valve, and cause the ball bearing to stick to the o-ring. This will cause a loss of chemical injection.
In this video, Austin provides a quick trick for unsticking the chemical injector's ball bearing from the o-ring.
