These Meatless bbq skewers are awesome and taste great with any sauce you drizzle or dip them into.
Ingredients:
Marinade:
1 tbsp soy sauce
3-4 mushrooms
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 tsp spanish paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup caramelised onions
Dough:
2 cups all purpose flour
enough water to make a dough
2 tbsp coconut oil (You can use vegetable oil)
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp soy sauce
