Emotional Freedom Art Class with Meditation 🎨🙏🧘‍♀️💃

You don't have to have a talent or previous experience to paint. The only thing you need to do is to feel 🌀 (and you can do that, right? 😉)

I will guide you into a soothing meditation where we will scan the stuck emotions, connect to the heart center, and then bring those emotions onto canvas.
