Make these super crispy chicken fingers with my easiest one-bowl method! No complicated coating, no marination — just mix everything, bread it, and fry. The perfect quick snack for kids, guests, or evening cravings.
I used 380g chicken (thigh + breast) with a simple batter made of flour, cornstarch, half egg, milk and spices, then coated it in breadcrumbs for an extra crunchy crust.
Cooks fast, stays juicy, and tastes SO good!
Ingredients:
• 380g chicken strips (thigh + breast mix)
• 1 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• ½ beaten egg
• 2–3 tbsp milk
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp red chilli powder
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp cayenne (optional)
• Breadcrumbs for coating
• Oil for frying
Method:
Mix all ingredients → rest 10 minutes → coat in breadcrumbs → fry on medium heat until golden and crispy.
Serve with: garlic mayo, honey mustard, spicy ketchup, or your favourite dip!
