A song about Miriam Daly, Chairperson of the Irish Republican Socialist Party (IRSP) and the IRSP Prisoners' Welfare and a member of the National H-Blocks Hunger Strike Committee who was murdered in her Andersonstown home by a British state death squad on the 26th June 1980.
Miriam had become chairperson after Seamus Costello was murdered by counter-revolutionary members of the Official IRA (OIRA) in October 1977.
