Snowfall In The Forest - Ambient / Berlin School Jam (Blofeld, QY100, Specular Tempus, Keystep)

So I decided to record a live version of my song "Snowfall In The Forest",
my favorite song from my "Travelers In A Frozen Land" EP.

A few words about the song:
I've composed this song back in November, and it is one of the songs I published
on my EP / collection of songs "Travellers In A Frozen Land".

Later I wondered whether I could do a live version of that song with my hardware synths.
After all, the original song relied entirely on VSTs and DAW-based sequencing.
But using the QY100's song mode and some experimenting to get FM-sounding sounds from the Blofeld I managed to do that.

To be honest, in the end the hardest part was to play everything the way it was composed originally, so the start and end point of the different parts fit together the way they were intended.
Believe it or not, I exported the old project file to midi and watched it in Synthesia while I recorded this live version. XD

...I often drift off improvising. ;)

A few words about the setup:
The QY100 acts as the main sequencer and recorder.
It plays the sequence on the Blofeld, plays the HiHat and records my keyboard playing.
The MIDI routing is Keystep ⇒ QY100 ⇒ Blofeld.
That FM-ish wavetable e-piano is from the Blofeld, too.

Both the Blofeld and the QY100 send their audio signals to a mixer off-screen, which in turn sends it through the Specular Tempus, my reverb unit.
