Cloud Effect Acrylic Pour Series - Decoart Satin Enamel White Marbling Effect (Part 2)

This effect is a fun way to get really pretty "Marbled" or "Veins" of paint running through your painting using Decoart White Satin Enamel paint.

Because it "floats" on top of other paints, colors seem to fall beneath it, it gives a beautiful ethereal cloudy effect. But it can also overtake your whole painting and turn everything white!

This painting is an example of how to use this paint in a squeeze bottle, and apply it specifically to your painting as well as how to layer other paints over the top and the outcome.

Most of my paintings are a combination of Winsor & Newton Gloss Medium, PVAc Glue, Floetrol and water in addition to the paints. No silicone was used.

My pouring mediums and percentages change according to what I want to accomplish or the types of paints I'm using. But I almost always use floetrol at least 1:2 Parts - and even more for the Golden Fluid Acrylics as the pigmentation is so high.
