Yes, we are a contracted provider with Washington Labor and Industries.

Do I Need A Referral From My Primary Care Physician?

You do not need a referral to be treated under Washington Labor and Industries with our office. Most of the time once you're in an accident whoever's your first initial provider for that injury would be the person that opens that claim and then you are okay to choose who you wish to see as your provider going forward as long as they are in network.

What Would My Co-Pay Be?

The patient would not have a copay with Washington Labor and Industries. We would submit our billing directly to them and they would pay accordingly for your care.
