🥟Juicy nepali chicken momos recipe step by step:
📝 Ingredients / सामग्री
For Dough / आटा के लिए:
• 200 gms Maida(all purposeflour) / मैदा
• 90 gm Water / पानी
For Juicy Chicken Stuffing / चिकन स्टफिंग के लिए:
• 200 gms Minced Chicken / किमा चिकन
• 200 gms Chopped Onion / बारीक कटा हुआ प्याज़
• 20 gms Chopped Ginger / कटा हुआ अदरक
• A handful of Chopped Green Coriander / एक मुट्ठी कटी हरी धनिया
• 15 gms Aromatic Powder or (Ajinomoto) / अरोमैटिक पाउडर या (अजीनोमोटो)
• 1 tbsp Momo Masala (easily available online) / मोमो मसाला
• A pinch of Black Pepper / काली मिर्च
• Salt to taste / स्वादानुसार नमक
• 65 gms Butter or Oil / मक्खन या तेल

👩🍳 Procedure / बनाने की विधि
Step 1 (Dough):
Take a bowl, add maida, and gradually mix with water. Knead into a smooth, slightly tight dough. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
बाउल में मैदा लें, धीरे-धीरे पानी डालते हुए थोड़ा टाइट और स्मूद आटा गूंध लें। ढककर 30 मिनट के लिए रख दें।
Step 2 (Stuffing):
In a mixing bowl, add minced chicken, chopped onion, ginger, coriander, momo masala, aromatic powder, salt, pepper, and melted butter. Mix everything well to prepare the momo stuffing.
मिक्सिंग बाउल में किमा चिकन, प्याज़, अदरक, हरी धनिया, मोमो मसाला, अरोमैटिक पाउडर, नमक, काली मिर्च और पिघला मक्खन डालकर अच्छे से मिलाएँ।
Step 3 (Shaping):
Divide the dough into small balls, dust with maida, and roll them into thin round sheets. Place stuffing in the center and fold into momo shapes.
आटे की छोटी लोइयाँ बनाकर बेल लें। बीच में चिकन स्टफिंग रखें और मोमो की शेप में बंद करें।

Step 4 (Steaming):
Grease the steamer with oil to avoid sticking. Place the folded momos inside and steam for 8–10 minutes until cooked.
(Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the momo wrapper. If you roll your momo wrapper thick, it will take a little more time.)
स्टीमर में हल्का तेल लगाएँ, मोमो रखें और 8–10 मिनट तक स्टीम करें।
