L&E Solid-state is a fully integrated manufacturing factory
that has well established research and development process
and manufactures complete ranges of LED products
such as LED modules, LED lamps, LED drivers
and LED luminaires.The company's quality management system
fully meets the ISO 9001 standard and the environmental
management system process meets the ISO 14001 standard.
L&E Solid-state has adopted a very strict quality control system,
from incoming raw material inspection,production process
to functional test before delivering the finished product
from the factory, and importantly every process is under
the proper temperature,
humidity and electrostatic discharge control.
We have the state of the art SMT machine and the Automatic
Optical Inspection instrument for precise operational inspection
of the electronic circuit.
We have LED Lamp Production Line that can manufacture
product in mass quantity and equipped with latest
inspection instrument to ensure the product’s electrical,
photometric and colour characteristic meet the required
specifications.We have adopted 100% finished product quality
inspection before they are delivered from the factory.
We have LED Luminaire Production Line, in particular
the high quality LED exterior luminaires.
We have efficient heat dissipation inspection process for
our LED modules and operational testing process
for every luminaire to ensure the quality
and operating life of the products.
L&E Solid-state has a research and development unit
with personnel specialized in LED product design
and development, complete with modern research
and development equipment.

L&E Assembly is an assembly factory accredited with
quality management system ISO 9001.
The factory assemble lighting equipment
or the component parts into lighting fixture to
form the lighting luminaire in accordance with
the designated standard.
L&E Assembly has well established assembly process
and has set up assembly team for each product group
so that it can respond rapidly, timely and with quality
to the diverse requirement of customers
