Herald Sun Business Commentator Terry McCrann says the recent GDP figures describe an economy that is “very sick”.
Mr McCrann told Sky News hot Peta Credlin that the more digging into the detail, “the worse it looks”.
“Every quarter, the growth rate has stepped out.
“Even at the bottom of the GFC, we didn’t have an annual growth rate this slow.
“We are clearly in a per capita recession.”
